Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom artwork may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10-21 business days

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide, but international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any delays due to customs processing.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.

6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with packaging. Custom artwork is non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
